Our Payment Management Service can be used together with our checkout or backoffice, or as a standalone API to offer mobile wallets in other products, such as existing in-store or e-commerce checkout software, Scan & Pay, invoicing. 

The service is available via our payment initiation gateway, and harmonizes different value service providers. This makes mobile payments seamless and instant for both customers and merchants. Furthermore, our Payment feature reduces interactions between payment, banking and card vendors during each transaction by 50%, enabling you to lower your transaction fees by 60%.

How we act as a Super PSP

Focalpay acts as a Super PSP, as our Payment Initiation Gateway is integrated behind other PSPs and payment integrations.

We harmonize all payment methods both in the physical store and online, which enables peace of mind - we manage the integrations and maintenance.  

This enables you to manage their payment methods independently, without expensive or long projects. 

The result is that you can enable or disable any payment method - from Pay by Bank, cards, cash, mobile payments, credit, invoicing. With one click, you can enable or disable different payment methods or PSPs.

Payment redundancy

Mobile payments are growing worldwide, but all mobile payment options face the challenge of non-offline capabilities. The shift towards cashless leaves merchants and shoppers more dependent on the payment providers and their ability to deliver their service. If a payment provider goes offline, customers can’t pay and businesses lose revenue - and in extension perhaps even their customers. 

To prevent this, Focalpay utilizes a machine learning module to monitor and detect disturbances for payment methods, and manage purchase completion options automatically and in real-time. 

Our services enable you to proactively set up alternative payment methods you want to offer, to ensure the highest possible payment redundancy. By doing this, Focalpay can shift the payment flow to the backup provider ahead of any disturbances. Your customer will never notice - and you will always get paid.
